I purchased a package of these and it does include directions. I have never cooked grits before. Does anyone know the directions?

Bring 3 cups of water and 1 cup of milk to a boil. Stir in grits, reduce heat and cover. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Add butter to taste. Thanks!!
